Shipping

Bayang Construction Machinery ships used heavy equipment worldwide via reputable ocean freight carriers. Standard delivery terms include FOB (Free On Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) from major Chinese ports. Door-to-door delivery is available upon request.

• Standard processing time: 5–10 business days from confirmed order to port loading.
• Average sea-freight transit: 20–45 days depending on destination port.
• Tracking information is provided once the bill of lading is issued.
• Customs documentation and clearance support is included as a free service.

Pre-Delivery Inspection

Every machine undergoes a 60-point pre-delivery inspection. A full photo and video report is shared with the buyer for written approval before shipment.

Returns & Warranty

Due to the nature of used heavy equipment, all sales are final once the buyer has approved the pre-delivery inspection report and the equipment has shipped. However:

• Each unit is sold with the condition shown in the inspection report.
• If a defect is discovered that was not disclosed in the report, we will work with the buyer in good faith to resolve the issue.
• Spare parts can be purchased separately to address normal wear and tear.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled in writing within 24 hours of contract signing for a full deposit refund. After that period, cancellations are subject to a restocking fee depending on the stage of fulfillment.
